What is the difference between Kadak, Regular and Elaichi tea?
Kadak is our strong, full-bodied blend. Regular is the easygoing everyday cup. Elaichi is flavoured with cardamom for a fragrant cup.
Which pack sizes are available?
Kadak and Regular come in 250g and 1kg packs. Elaichi is available in a 250g pack. We also have 250g combo packs.
How do I make a good cup of chai?
Brew it your way, with milk, sugar and a little ginger or elaichi if you like. For a stronger cup, let it simmer a little longer.
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes. Delivery is free across India on every order, with no minimum order value.
How long will delivery take?
We usually dispatch within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday). After dispatch, delivery typically takes 3–5 working days in metro cities and major towns, 5–7 in other cities and towns, and 7–10 in remote areas. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
What payment options do you accept?
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or an unboxing video. If approved, we will replace it or refund you at no extra cost. Opened packs cannot be returned unless you report a quality problem within 48 hours of delivery.
