1kg Regular Chai

Smooth, mellow and golden, this regular chai is the one you can drink all day without getting tired of it. The flavour is gently malty with a soft, fresh aroma, and it blends well with milk without turning bitter if it simmers a little longer than planned. Keep it for guests who drop in, for the office pantry, or for family evenings when the pot gets refilled twice. Use one level teaspoon per cup, boil with milk and water for about three minutes, then strain. A single 1kg pack makes around 400 cups, which works out cheaper per cup than the 250g pack. Reseal the pouch tightly after each use to keep the aroma fresh.
